During the show:

  • Ask for film reviews from the attendees at the conference.
  • Periscope and Blab or other live streaming from the conference with interviews of the attendees setup with good audio equipment for streaming.
  • Film to be played at the conference with information about what the schedule is for that day.
  • Intro film for speakers and other announcements.

Post Show:

 

  • Editing (film and audio) of conference speakers talks
  • Editing films done at the show
  • Post films to attendies thanking them for coming and with promo films for next years conference.
  • All leads provided in a list and emailed to the conference administration
